Bahan

  • Squid500g, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Ground Turmeric1 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Red Chilies1-2, sliced (adjust to spice preference)
  • Shallots1, thinly sliced
  • Vegetable Oil1.5 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black Pepperto taste
  • Water1 tbsp (optional)

Langkah

    Prepare the squid by cleaning and cutting it into rings. Pat dry.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add minced garlic, sliced shallots, and sliced chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Add the ground turmeric and stir for another 15 seconds until fragrant.

    Add the squid rings. Stir-fry quickly until the squid is just cooked through and opaque, about 2 minutes. Do not overcook.

    Season with salt and black pepper. Add a splash of water if needed.
