Bahan
- Squid500g, cleaned and cut into rings
- Ground Turmeric1 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Red Chilies1-2, sliced (adjust to spice preference)
- Shallots1, thinly sliced
- Vegetable Oil1.5 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Water1 tbsp (optional)

Prepare the squid by cleaning and cutting it into rings. Pat dry.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic, sliced shallots, and sliced chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the ground turmeric and stir for another 15 seconds until fragrant.

Add the squid rings. Stir-fry quickly until the squid is just cooked through and opaque, about 2 minutes. Do not overcook.

Season with salt and black pepper. Add a splash of water if needed.
