- Crab meat (pre-cooked)500g
- Dried shrimp paste1 tbsp
- Minced garlic2 tbsp
- Minced ginger1 tbsp
- Curry leaves1 sprig
- Chili flakes1 tsp
- Fermented bean paste (taucheo)1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil2 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Spring onionsfor garnish

Heat cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add dried shrimp paste and curry leaves. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add fermented bean paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.

Add the pre-cooked crab meat. Stir-fry to coat evenly with the sauce.

Pour in water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the crab meat.
