Bahan
- Smoked Beef (Daging Salai)500g
- Coconut Milk400ml
- Shallots150g
- Garlic5 cloves
- Ginger2 cm
- Turmeric1 cm
- Dried Chilies10-15
- Lemongrass2 stalks
- Galangal1 cm
- Turmeric Leaf1
- Assam Gelugur (Garcinia Cambogia)2 pieces
- Saltto taste
- Water100ml

Soak dried chilies in hot water until softened, then drain.

Blend soaked chilies, shallots, garlic, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, and galangal into a smooth paste.

Heat a pot and add the blended spice paste. Sauté until fragrant and oil separates.

Add the smoked beef slices and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.

Add turmeric leaf and Assam Gelugur. Simmer gently for about 30-40 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the gravy has thickened.
