  • Coconut milk (canned)400 ml
  • Rendang spice paste (store-bought)4 tbsp
  • Lemongrass stalk, bruised1
  • Kaffir lime leaves3
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the rendang spice paste and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
