- Pre-cooked beef stomach (tripe)400g
- Chicken or beef broth1.5 liters
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic3 cloves
- Ginger1-inch piece
- Star anise1 piece
- White pepper powder1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Spring onionsfor garnish
- Chili oiloptional, for garnish

Slice the pre-cooked beef stomach thinly.
