Bahan
- Chicken or vegetable broth1.5 liters
- Carrots2 medium, sliced
- Cabbage1/4 head, chopped
- Green beans100g, trimmed and cut
- Cauliflower1/2 head, florets
- Potatoes2 medium, cubed
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Shallots2, thinly sliced
- Ginger1 inch piece, sliced
- Lemongrass1 stalk, bruised
- Bay leaves2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Cilantrofor garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, sliced shallots, and sliced ginger until fragrant.

Add bruised lemongrass and bay leaves to the pot and stir for another minute.

Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add potatoes and carrots to the boiling broth. Cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.

Add cauliflower and green beans. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Add cabbage and cook until just tender, about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook the vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove lemongrass stalk and bay leaves before serving.
