  • Shallots5, thinly sliced
  • Garlic3 cloves, minced
  • Shrimp paste (terasi)1/2 tsp
  • Young green jackfruit200 g, canned or fresh, cut into chunks
  • Tempeh200 g, cubed
  • Long beans100 g, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Eggplant1/2 medium, cubed
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
