- Coconut Milk600ml
- Malaysian Curry Paste (Red)4 tbsp
- Lemongrass1 stalk
- Saltto taste
- Wateras needed
- Bean Sprouts100g
- Cilantrofor garnish
- Lime1
- Chili Flakesoptional

Boil chicken breast until cooked. Shred the chicken and reserve some broth.

Bruise the lemongrass stalk and add it to the pot with coconut milk and curry paste. Bring to a simmer.

Add shredded chicken and a little reserved broth or water to reach desired consistency. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

Serve by placing spaghetti in a bowl, pouring the laksa gravy over it. Garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro, lime wedge, and chili flakes if desired.
