Bahan
- Yellow noodles500g
- Shrimp200g, peeled and deveined
- Pre-made chili paste (sambal tumis)4 tbsp
- Chicken stock cubes2
- Water1.5 liters
- Eggs4, hard-boiled
- Spring onions2 stalks, chopped
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Add the pre-made chili paste and sauté for 2 minutes.

Dissolve chicken stock cubes in 1.5 liters of water. Pour the stock into the pot with the chili paste.

Bring the broth to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Cook yellow noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.

Divide noodles into bowls, ladle broth and shrimp over them.

Top each bowl with a hard-boiled egg and chopped spring onions.
