  • Garlic, minced1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Chicken broth80ml
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Eggs4
  • Spring onions, chopped2 tbsp
  • Fried shallots2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Waterfor boiling noodles

    Boil the Mee Kolok noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse briefly. Set aside.

    Prepare the sauce: Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth in a bowl.

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add minced meat, stir-fry until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
