Bahan
- All-purpose flour300g
- Water150ml
- Salt1 tsp
- Vegetable oil50ml
- Ground chicken250g
- Large onion1, finely chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Ginger1 tsp, grated
- Curry powder1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
- Eggs2, lightly beaten
- Sugar1 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for fryingAs needed

For the dough: Combine flour, salt, and water. Knead until smooth and elastic. Add vegetable oil and knead again. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Stir in curry powder and turmeric powder. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add sugar and soy sauce to the filling. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the beaten eggs.

Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion thinly into a circle.

Place a portion of the filling onto one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half over to create a semi-circle, then seal the edges by folding or crimping.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the murtabak for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
