Bahan
- Roti canai or paratha4 sheets
- Ground chicken200g
- Large onion1/2, finely chopped
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Curry powder1 tsp
- Eggs2, lightly beaten
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for fryingAs needed
- Spring onions2, chopped (for garnish)

For the filling: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until softened. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Stir in curry powder and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and stir in the beaten eggs.

Lay out one sheet of roti canai/paratha. Spread a quarter of the filling onto one half of the sheet.

Fold the other half over the filling to create a semi-circle. Press the edges to seal.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the murtabak for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
