  • Ground chicken200g
  • Large onion1/2, finely chopped
  • Garlic1 clove, minced
  • Curry powder1 tsp
  • Eggs2, lightly beaten
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for fryingAs needed
  • Spring onions2, chopped (for garnish)

    For the filling: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until softened. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Stir in curry powder and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Lay out one sheet of roti canai/paratha. Spread a quarter of the filling onto one half of the sheet.
