Make the dough: Mix rice flour and salt in a heatproof bowl. Pour in hot water and stir quickly with a spoon until a dough forms. Let it cool slightly until it can be handled.

Shape the dough: Lightly grease your hands. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin, noodle-like strands or small discs. Alternatively, use a sturdy ziplock bag with a corner snipped off to pipe.
