- Mixed vegetables200 g, pre-cut (e.g., green beans, carrots, cabbage)
- Firm tofu100 g, cubed
- Pre-made Indonesian spice paste (bumbu dasar putih or kuning)2-3 tablespoons

- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Fried shallotsfor garnish
