  • Mixed vegetables200 g, pre-cut (e.g., green beans, carrots, cabbage)
  • Firm tofu100 g, cubed
  • Pre-made Indonesian spice paste (bumbu dasar putih or kuning)2-3 tablespoons
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
  • Fried shallotsfor garnish
