- Popia skin (spring roll wrappers)15 sheets
- Pre-shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrot)3 cups
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for frying1 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Wateras needed

Prepare the quick filling: Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Add garlic powder and stir briefly.

Add the coleslaw mix and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Do not overcook.

Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.

Assemble the popia: Lay a popia skin flat. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of filling near one edge. Fold the sides inwards, then roll tightly.

Seal the edge with a little water.

Heat vegetable oil for frying in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the popia in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
