- Chopped peanuts100g
- Canned sweet corn80g
- Margarine or butterfor greasing

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk in milk, egg, and vegetable oil until a smooth batter is formed.

Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the pan and spread thinly.

Once the surface starts to bubble, sprinkle chopped peanuts and sugar over half of the pancake, followed by corn kernels.
