  • Butter or Ghee2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil3 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt1 cup
  • Cumin powder1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder1/2 tsp
  • Mint leaves (chopped, for yogurt)1 tbsp
  • Fried shallots (for garnish)2 tbsp
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)a few sprigs
