- Chicken stock or water2 cups
- Lemongrass (bruised)2 stalks

- Plain yogurt1 cup
- Cumin powder1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves (chopped, for yogurt)1 tbsp

Prepare the Nasi Tomato and Ayam Masak Merah as per the Classic recipe (Steps 1-7).

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the spiced yogurt. In a bowl, combine plain yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and chill.
