Bahan
- Glutinous rice flour200g
- Coconut milk350ml
- Water150ml
- Sugar180g
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Pandan extract or food coloring1 tsp

Lightly grease a square steaming pan (approx. 7x7 inches).

Combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt in a pot. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves.

In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour with a small amount of the warm liquid to form a paste, then gradually whisk in the remaining liquid until smooth.

Divide batter into two colors as desired.

Preheat steamer.

Pour a thin layer of the first color into the pan. Steam for 4-5 minutes until set.

Add a layer of the second color. Steam for 4-5 minutes.

Repeat layering until batter is finished, steaming each layer briefly.

Steam the final layer for 15 minutes until cooked through.

Cool completely before slicing into squares.
