- Sugar220g

- Pandan extract or food coloring1 tsp

Prepare a greased square steaming pan (approx. 8x8 inches).

In a pot, heat coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine rice flour and glutinous rice flour.

Gradually add the warm liquid to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth. Divide and color the batter.

Preheat steamer.

Pour the first colored layer (e.g., white) into the pan. Steam for 6-8 minutes until set.
