  • Cooked rice (preferably day-old)4 cups
  • Chicken breast, finely diced150g
  • Eggs2
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Spring onions, sliced, for garnish2

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
