- Cooked rice (preferably day-old)4 cups
- Chicken breast, finely diced150g
- Eggs2
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)3 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Spring onions, sliced, for garnish2

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the finely diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.

Push the chicken to one side. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them. Once cooked, mix with the chicken.
