- Jasmine rice, cooked and cooled4 cups
- Pre-cooked beef strips or thinly sliced beef150g
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Eggs4
- Frozen peas and carrots1/2 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cooled cooked rice and frozen peas and carrots. Stir-fry until heated through and vegetables are tender.

Add the pre-cooked beef strips and sweet soy sauce. Stir well to combine and heat the beef.
