  • Cooked rice (day-old preferred)4 cups
  • Cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover)2 cups, shredded
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Onion, finely chopped1/2
  • Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Eggs4
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Frozen peas and carrots1/2 cup
  • Scallions, choppedfor garnish

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until softened.
