- Coconut milk400 ml
- Red curry paste2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Red chilies, slicedfor garnish
- Fresh basilfor garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
