- Water1 liter
- Salt1 tsp
- Ground chicken250g
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Carrot, finely diced1/4 cup
- Green peas1/4 cup
- Red bell pepper, finely diced1/4 cup
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Scallions, chopped2 tbsp
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the ambuyat as per the classic recipe: rinse sago pearls, cook in boiling water until translucent and sticky. Season with salt.

For the cacah ayam dan sayuran, heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.

Add the ground chicken and cook until browned. Break up any clumps.

Add the diced carrot, green peas, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.
