Bahan
- Chicken breast, cubed800 g
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Rendang spice paste (store-bought)4 tbsp
- Lemongrass, bruised1 stalk
- Kaffir lime leaves3 leaves
- Galangal, sliced1 cm
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water50 ml

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the rendang spice paste, bruised lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and sliced galangal. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cubed chicken breast and stir-fry until lightly browned on all sides.

Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened to a rich consistency.
