Bahan

  • Chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces500g
  • Dark soy sauce1/4 cup
  • Light soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Chili padi or sliced red chili1-2
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Spring onions, chopped, for garnish1 stalk

    Season chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
