Bahan
- Chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces500g
- Dark soy sauce1/4 cup
- Light soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Chili padi or sliced red chili1-2
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp
- Spring onions, chopped, for garnish1 stalk

Season chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

Pour in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to coat the chicken.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
