  • Rice flour4 tbsp
  • Cornstarch2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for deep fryingsufficient

Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.

    Add rice flour and cornstarch to the marinated chicken. Mix again until the chicken is well-coated with the flour mixture.

    Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a wok or deep pot over medium-high heat. The oil should be hot but not smoking.
