Bahan
- Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces500 g
- Buttermilk200 ml
- Butter30 g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cornstarch2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil, for pan-frying2 tbsp
- Curry leaves (optional)1 sprig

Toss chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add curry leaves (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds.

Whisk in cornstarch into the buttermilk until smooth. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the pan.

Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
