  • Honey1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Ginger, grated1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes1 tsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Cornstarch1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp

    Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, and sesame oil.

    In a separate bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until lightly coated.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Pour the honey-chili sauce mixture over the chicken. Add 2 tbsp of water if the sauce is too thick. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.

    Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
