  • Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup, plus more for garnish
  • Egg1 large
  • Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off excess fat.
