- Garlic6 cloves, minced
- Eggs2
- Green onions3 stalks, chopped
- Fish sauce2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil3 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cilantrofor garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant and lightly golden, about 30 seconds.

Push the garlic to one side of the wok. Add the beaten eggs to the other side and scramble until just cooked. Break the eggs into smaller pieces.

Add the cooked rice to the wok. Break up any clumps with your spatula.

Drizzle the fish sauce and soy sauce over the rice. Stir well to combine and coat the rice evenly.
