- Pork liver pâté200g
- Vietnamese ham (Chả lụa)200g
- Carrots2
- Daikon radish1
- Rice vinegar1/2 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Salt1 tsp
- Fresh cilantro1 bunch
- Cucumber1
- Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- Maggi seasoning sauce2 tbsp
- Fresh chilies (optional)1-2

Prepare the pickled vegetables: Peel and julienne carrots and daikon radish. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add the julienned vegetables and let them pickle for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the baguettes lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Lightly toast them if desired.

Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the inside of both halves of the baguette.

Spread a thick layer of pork liver pâté on the bottom half of the baguette.

Layer slices of Vietnamese ham over the pâté.

Drain the pickled carrots and daikon and layer them over the ham.

Add slices of cucumber and fresh cilantro sprigs.

Drizzle with Maggi seasoning sauce and add sliced chilies if using.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the baguette.
