- Store-bought pork liver pâté200g
- Carrots1
- Daikon radish1/2
- Rice vinegar1/4 cup
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Fresh cilantro1/2 bunch
- Cucumber1/2
- Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- Sriracha or chili sauce (optional)2 tbsp

Quick pickle vegetables: Julienne carrots and daikon. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add vegetables and let sit for 15 minutes.

Slice baguettes lengthwise and toast lightly.

Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the baguette halves.

Spread store-bought pâté generously on the bottom half.

Drain pickled vegetables and layer them over the pâté.

Add cucumber slices and fresh cilantro.

Drizzle with Sriracha or chili sauce if desired.
