- Agar-agar powder8 g
- Food coloring (red, green)1/2 tsp each
- Fresh durian flesh150 g
- Longan (canned or fresh)100 g
- Red beans (canned or cooked)80 g
- Tapioca pearls (small, cooked)50 g
- Salt1 pinch

Prepare jellies: Make red and green jellies using agar-agar, water, sugar, and food coloring as in the classic recipe. Cut into cubes.

Prepare the broth: Combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt in a pot. Heat gently until sugar dissolves. Let it cool slightly.

Prepare durian: Remove seeds from durian flesh and mash slightly or cut into small pieces.

Assemble: In serving bowls, combine the durian pieces, colorful jellies, longan, red beans, and tapioca pearls.

Pour the slightly cooled coconut milk broth over the ingredients.

Serve chilled, optionally with a few extra pieces of durian on top.
