  • Fresh durian flesh150 g
  • Longan (canned or fresh)100 g
  • Red beans (canned or cooked)80 g
  • Tapioca pearls (small, cooked)50 g
  • Salt1 pinch

    Prepare durian: Remove seeds from durian flesh and mash slightly or cut into small pieces.
