- Wood ear mushrooms20g dried
- Scallions2 stalks
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp

Soak dried wood ear mushrooms in warm water until rehydrated, then finely mince.

Clean shiitake mushrooms, remove stems, and finely chop stems.

Finely mince garlic and scallions.

In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced wood ear mushrooms, chopped shiitake stems, minced garlic, minced scallions, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Stuff the mushroom caps generously with the pork mixture.

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a steamer basket, ensuring they don't touch.

Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
