A traditional Vietnamese coffee preparation where strong, dark-roast coffee is brewed directly into a hollowed bamboo tube, allowing the coffee to infuse with the subtle woody aroma of the bamboo. It's typically served with condensed milk for a sweet and rich flavor.

- Vietnamese dark roast coffee beans20g
- Sweetened condensed milk30ml
- Hot water100ml
- Hollowed bamboo tube (food-grade)1
- Phin filter (Vietnamese coffee filter)1
Các bước

Grind the Vietnamese dark roast coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.

Place the phin filter inside the hollowed bamboo tube.

Add the ground coffee to the phin filter.

Gently press the coffee grounds with the filter press.

Pour about 20ml of hot water over the grounds to bloom.

Wait for 30 seconds, then slowly pour the remaining 80ml of hot water into the phin filter.

Allow the coffee to drip through the filter into the bamboo tube. This may take several minutes.

Once dripping is complete, remove the phin filter.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Serve immediately.
