- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Gyoza wrappers24
- Waterfor sealing

In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, diced shiitake mushrooms, chopped cabbage, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Gather the edges of the wrapper upwards, pleating as you go, leaving the top of the filling exposed, similar to Shumai.

Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don't touch.

Steam over boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.

Serve hot, directly from the steamer basket if desired.
