Prepare the jellies (red and green) and cook tapioca pearls as described in the classic Chè Thập Cẩm recipe. Set aside.

Prepare the broth: In a pot, combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and pandan leaves. Simmer gently, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove pandan leaves. Let it cool slightly.

Prepare the durian: Remove seeds from durian flesh and break into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the dessert: In serving bowls, combine the jellies, red beans, mung beans, lotus seeds, tapioca pearls, and durian pieces.
