Nguyên liệu

  • Agar-agar powder10g
  • Water1 liter
  • Fresh pandan leaves10-15 leaves
  • Granulated sugar200g
  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon

Các bước

  1. 1

Wash pandan leaves thoroughly. Blend them with about 200ml of water until smooth. Strain the mixture to extract the pandan juice.

  2. 2

In a pot, combine agar-agar powder with the remaining water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Add the pandan juice and sugar to the pot. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is fully dissolved.

  4. 4

Reduce heat to low. Pour in the coconut milk and add salt. Stir gently to combine, but avoid vigorous stirring to prevent the coconut milk from separating.

  5. 5

Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil vigorously.

  6. 6

Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual molds. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.

  7. 7

Once set, cut into cubes or desired shapes. Serve chilled.
