- Fresh durian pulp150g
- Granulated sugar250g
- Coconut oil120ml
- Salt1/4 tsp

Rinse mung beans and soak for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and steam until tender.

Puree the steamed mung beans until very smooth. In a separate bowl, puree the fresh durian pulp until smooth.

Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add the mung bean paste and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Add the pureed durian, sugar, and salt to the pan. Continue to cook and stir until the mixture forms a cohesive, slightly moist dough that pulls away from the sides.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Press into molds or shape by hand.
