Nguyên liệu
- Jasmine rice, cooked and chilled4 cups
- Fresh crab meat, picked1 cup
- Eggs2
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Shallots, minced1
- Green onions, chopped1/4 cup
- Fish sauce2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil3 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the wok. Add minced garlic and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the chilled jasmine rice to the wok. Break up any clumps and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the crab meat, scrambled eggs, fish sauce, and soy sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well to combine.

Stir in most of the chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with the remaining green onions.
