- Kimchi Juice2 tablespoons
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)1 tablespoon

- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Onion1/4 cup, chopped
- Vegetable Oil1 tablespoon
- Egg1 per serving
- Green Onionsfor garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped kimchi and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.

Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and kimchi juice. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet. Break up any clumps and stir-fry, mixing well with the kimchi mixture, until the rice is heated through and evenly coated.

Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well.

While the rice is finishing, fry eggs sunny-side-up.
