- Honey150 ml
- Soy sauce100 ml
- Garlic4 cloves
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Brown sugar50 g
- Apple cider vinegar50 ml

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze. Season with salt and pepper.

Pat the pork ribs dry. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan.

Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 hours, or until tender.

Remove the foil. Brush the ribs generously with the honey glaze.

Increase oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Bake for another 15-20 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through, until caramelized and slightly charred.

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
