Съставки
- Lamb shoulder800 g
- Tomatoes400 g
- Onions1 large
- Bell peppers (red and green)2
- Garlic3 cloves
- Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
- Dry white wine75 ml
- Red pepper flakes1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Wateras needed
- Olive oil2 tbsp

Cut lamb into 2-3 cm cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb cubes.

Remove lamb. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add minced garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.

Deglaze with white wine. Return lamb to the pot. Add chopped tomatoes.

Add enough water to almost cover. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 2 to 2.5 hours, until lamb is tender.

Adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
