- Garlic3 cloves
- Beef broth500 ml
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut beef into 1.5-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Brown beef in batches. Remove and set aside.

Add chopped onions and bell pepper to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and paprika, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir well. Cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Return beef to the pot. Bring to a simmer.

Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes.

Add cubed potatoes. Add water if needed to partially cover. Continue simmering, covered, for another 30 minutes, or until beef and potatoes are tender.
