- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian feta), cubed150g
- Canned diced tomatoes400g
- Onion, thinly sliced1 medium
- Tomato sauce200ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50ml

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

If using ground meat, form into small meatballs. If using pre-made mix, ensure they are bite-sized.

In an oven-safe dish, combine the canned diced tomatoes (undrained), sliced onion, tomato sauce, and water. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the meatballs and cubed sirene cheese to the dish, distributing them evenly.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is softened and slightly golden.
