- feta cheese300g
- eggs3
- sour cream100g
- fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons
- salt1/4 teaspoon
- black pepper1/8 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Unroll one sheet and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, eggs, sour cream, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.

Top with the second sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.

Cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
