- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves

- Breadcrumbs50g
- Fresh mint, chopped2 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Saltto taste

- Vegetable oil, for frying3 tbsp

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped mint, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into small, oval-shaped meatballs (kofte).

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the kofte in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if necessary.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through on all sides.

Remove kofte from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
