- Ground beef500g
- Sparkling mineral water100ml
- Onion, finely grated1 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ground cumin2 tsp
- Dried marjoram1 tsp
- Salt1.5 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp

Стъпки
- 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef. Add the grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- 2
Gradually add the sparkling mineral water while continuing to mix. This helps to make the kebapcheta tender and juicy. Knead the mixture for about 5-10 minutes.
- 3
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- 5
Shape the meat mixture into elongated, finger-like sausages, about 15-20 cm long and 2-3 cm thick. Wet your hands with cold water to prevent sticking.
- 6
Grill the kebapcheta for about 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. Avoid overcooking.
- 7
Serve hot, traditionally with a side of shopska salad, fries, or lyutenitsa.
