In a bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Mix thoroughly with your hands until all spices are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into small, flattened patties or logs, about 2-3 cm thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the sausage patties into the hot skillet. Do not overcrowd the pan.
